Meralgia paresthetica

Meralgia paresthetica, also known as Bernhardt-Roth disease, characterized by pain and burning sensation in the femoral nerve innervation of the skin in the anterolateral thigh. The patient also complained of pruritus. No motor weakness and reflexes are preserved. Meralgia paresthetica can last a long time, there are cases that have lasted more than twenty years.
