Dorsalis pedis artery arises from the anterior tibial artery, at the height of the upper ankle joint. Project following branches: lateral and medial tarsal artery, arcuate artery, and deep plantar arteries. Dorsalis pedis artery provides oxygenated blood to the feet and toes.
